loved my twin room. the stuff was efficient, competent. the setting was quite marvellous and lovely within easy reach of a moated medieval castle.

The rooms are nicely furnished and new-fashioned here with tasteful furnishings and balcony. This hotel offers rich and nice breakfasts with cooked eggs to order and view of the garden.

The staff is very amiable, efficient. Its location is perfect, close enough to Centre of Ferrara, restaurants, and the interior garden. Also, Jewish Cemetery is just around the corner.

We were in Ferrara for 1 day, had comfortable stay, the hotel was fairly clean with marvellous and exceptionally nice location very close to historic center of Ferrara. Location: the property was very close to designated areas, Duomo, and all the sights, restaurants and museums. The view from suite was pleasant!

Modern and huge rooms with a mini-fridge-bar, climate control and an individual safe. Hypoallergenic pillows, big bed. Particularly good and magnificent position in the very very nice area, so close to the oldtown Castello and Duomo, the historic centre of Ferrara and a lovely inner garden. Friendly services, good Wi-Fi.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options to start off our day. The hotel's location was perfect - just a short walk away from the city's historical center which allowed us to explore all the beautiful sights. the rooms were very clean and spacious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the newly renovated amenities.
It was set at a very high temperature, making our room uncomfortably warm during our stay. Despite constant attempts to get it fixed, nothing seemed to work.

The location was perfect, as it was close enough to easily reach the lively nightlife and historic center. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, making us feel truly pampered. We especially enjoyed the welcome drink, which was a nice touch. Our room had all the amenities we could ask for, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The in-room safe provided extra security for our belongings. The patio and garden furniture were perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in our room allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay. The free toiletries, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV were all appreciated touches.
